32 bits are better for newbies because they will work with any processors.
Plus, I need to be able to add x64 versions officially without having to do everything twice.
I also need to provide more information to users in the software to let them choose the appropriate version.
@PortableVirtual Box updated to latest 4.3.6 and you should now be able to boot @Ubuntu 13.10 and variants (@Linux_Mint , @mythbuntu ….)
I’m sorry but there was a bug in yesterday’s update. I fix the files so please redownload it and reinstall it.
If it still does not run, kill any “LiLi USB Creator.exe” process before running it.

Another important note is about Linux Mint 16. You may have the exact same bug as with Ubuntu 13.10. If it does not boot properly and just dies at (initramfs) prompt then please read this bug report :
